PGS Development Approved

PGS Invest is proud to announce the approval of our latest development - The Abadi Gaia Residential Village.

This is a state of the art retirement village boasting luxury facilities and superior amenity captured within a beguiling contemporary asian design. The village exhibits a total of 285 product by way of 204 independent living units and an 81 bed high care facility.

A big congratulations to Paul Slijderink as he has led this project since acquisition and undertook significant work with front end planning. Additional thanks to Chanel in our internal team and Scott Clarke from Precinct Urban Planning, for their diligence and hardwork throughout this process.

This approval would not have come together as planned without the support of our consultants which are of high value to us. We look forward to consolidating these relationships and advancing the project together.
