Chandepaul Park

Chandepaul Park, the UDIA award winning development was one of Brassalls first larger scale residential subdivision. Made up of 47 house and land packages, set within a green leafy background and walking trails. The development included 7 hectares of bush land dedicated to environmental rehabilitation.
