Abadi Gaia Sales Success

The initial Abadi Gaia Release for 2025 has seen great success. Demand for detached houses remains exceptionally high. Based on current performance metrics, we project a full sell-out of the house inventory early 2026. Reservations for the apartments and villas are maintaining a consistent pace and are anticipated to follow the Houses to a sold-out status. As of of December, there is only a limited 7 houses remaining to reserve.

The market has seen significant strength in Goodna, with values escalating more than 16%. The greater region saw similar growth to support. Construction costs continue to escalate causing further supply challenges for both the general and retirement living markets. Retirement living dwellings growing on average at 6.80% per annum for the last 5 years.

Abadi Gaia is expected to meet all requirements to begin construction early 2026, with a significant increase in price to match escalation in prices and the residential market.
