Abadi Gaia Display Suite Fit Out Commences

The Abadi Gaia Display Suite has commenced construction, with a fit-out being undertaken at 41 Queen St Goodna. This location has been secured, and ideally located 1km from the development site. Designs for the internal fit-out have been completed during the due diligence period, resulting in a fast tracked approach to completing the display before February 2025.

Trades have been selected and materials are procured, with the vision for this space being a replica apartment, showcasing the villages contemporary finishes, whilst providing a relaxed, organic environment.

Off market and expression of interest campaign will begin in the new year, providing and opportunity for early adopters to secure residences at pre-launch pricing, before bringing this project to market during earthworks Q1 2026.
